Your factory,
running as one system.

Roomly runs the daily decisions between an order arriving and it leaving the gate — what to buy, what to make, what is late.

Notes
1. We already run an ERP. Where does Roomly sit?

On top of it. Roomly reads your orders, stock and purchase records, then runs the daily decisions the ERP leaves to people — what to buy, what to make first, what is about to slip. Your ERP stays the book of record.

2. Our plant runs on WhatsApp and Excel. Is that a problem?

No. Most plants we start with have no ERP at all. Roomly ingests the same spreadsheets and order emails you use today, and the floor keeps working the way it does.

3. Does it act on its own?

It prepares; you approve. Purchase orders, reschedules and supplier follow-ups are drafted with the reasoning attached. Auto-approve routine categories once you trust the pattern, and keep the rest on a click.

4. How long does it take to go live?

Two to three weeks for a single plant. Week one is SKUs, bills of material and supplier lead times. Week two is live orders running in parallel with your current process.

5. Where does our data live?

In your region, encrypted at rest, isolated per plant. Self-hosted deployment is available for groups running multiple units.
